New Fix Term Maintenance Service This New Service from PDW Contracting Services Ltd can offer a fully inclusive maintenance service to include all the above points for one monthly installment with a flexible maintenance agreement This service is ideal for Local Authorities housing departments and new build developments. The program includes, Scout and reporting of Street Lighting and Illuminated signs on a monthly cycle, logging faults on PDW Contracting Services Ltd unique Faults System (CTRL Software) and a repair service guaranteed with 5 working days. All Material, Labour and Plant is fully inclusive within this maintenance offer. Our Software Package used to monitor faults with our current clients has been the back bone in providing this service, with daily updates via Email to our clients therefore reducing any delays informing and updating the general public of works carried out. Our Engineers are fully qualified to carry out the above duties and have a proven service with our existing clients to perform onsite with Health and Safety at our companies forefront. All plant used onsite is no older than 2 years and many additional safety features have been applied with the introduction of method statements and risk assessments in recent years. Medway Council, Tonbrige & Malling, Dartford Borough Council and Gravesham Borough Council are just a few of our clients already benefiting from the above cost saving service and as a result PDW Contracting Services have increased there plant and labour to meet the demands of our clients. This service has been in place for 2 years firstly under a trial with Medway Council Car Parks Department and recently has been extended for a further 12 months. This Fix Term Service offers our clients the ability to set their budgets from 12 months - 4years with out worrying about going over budget at the end of the financial year.
