With recent Heath and safety legislation that came into force 2 years ago about employees working at height PDW Contracting Services introduced a fully inclusive service to provide Lighting Maintenance specially design for the public sector and as a over whelming response within the public sector we are now looking to expand this cost saving service into public schools.

The service includes:

Fix Term Maintenance on all fixed lighting luminaries inside and out the Premises

  • All materials included in the price
  • All Labour and tools included in the price
  • All travel to site included
  • Monthly payments via Direct Debit Collected on 28th of every month
  • Full reports of faults attended Either E-mailed or faxed directly to the client weekly
  • Unlimited Online access for clients to log faults
  • 6 hour response on 3 or more lights out at any one time
  • 2 hour response to any major faults
  • Free Technical Help / Advise
  • Friendly Electrical engineers
  • 3 month trial period available

    (Subject to 12 month contract with 12 monthly payments directly paid via Direct Debit mandate on 28th of every month)

    Pricing Structure:

    As this is a new service and every site is different, PDW Contracting Services will attend the site and carry out a FREE inventory inspection to classify the required stock to hold, amount of units within the premises, the age of the stock and distance to travel.

    From past experience within this field working on public buildings the cost can vary from as little as £130 - £590 per month inclusive.
